We're feeling excited to announce the release of our new plugin: "Documents Sharing Plugin - Google Docs Viewer" and its extension: "Documents Sharing - Pages, Businesses, Groups, Multiple Listing Types, Events, Stores, etc Extension". This plugin allows users to upload, view, share and download documents in your community. The documents can be viewed with Google Docs Viewer, and there are many more features. The extension of this plugin extends these features to other integrable plugins.

As we all know, the Scribd API will be permanently shutting down on 31st July 2016 (you may read the below message of Scribd). So, if you have our old plugin: "Documents / Scribd iPaper Plugin", then before 31st July 2016 you can migrate all your documents which were uploaded through Scribd into this plugin.

“We are in the process of making changes to our legacy offerings that will affect your Scribd API account. The Scribd API will permanently shut down on 31 July 2016. After that date, you will no longer be able to use the Scribd API to upload content, create accounts, or perform administrative actions. You will be able to access your primary Scribd account through a standard Scribd login only. After 31 July, Scribd will no longer support archived private content (content that is not visible to the public at scribd.com) uploaded via the API.”

You can migrate Scribd's documents from below plugins & extensions to "Documents Sharing Plugin - Google Docs Viewer". [These migrations will only be possible before 31st July 2016 if you are using Scribd API.]
