Please Note:
1) You can cancel your subscription any time, and renew your subscription later. While renewing Plus Plan subscriptions, you will have to pay their one-time fees again.
2) All our products come with 90 days of Free technical support starting at the time of purchase. You can extend your support coverage by ordering one of our above subscription plans that you find suitable.
3) Support shall be provided mainly by means of an electronic ticketing system from the "Support" section of your SocialApps.tech Client Account, or at the sole discretion of SocialApps.tech may be provided by other means of communication such as telephone and/or electronic mail (E-Mail).
- 4) Support shall ONLY be provided for the following issues:
- Initial Software installation
- Errors encountered during the normal use of unmodified Software
- Requests for professional installation, provided a pre-specified fee has been transferred by Licensee and received by Licensor. Installations will be made on a best-effort basis and performed as quickly as feasibly possible, however no guarantee of timeliness is made
5) Support, at its sole discretion, may provide assistance with other issues on a case-by-case basis.
- 6) Support will NOT be liable for requests involving the customization of our software including but not limited to:
- The integration of third-party modules
- The addition of functionality to the Software package
- The customization of the graphical interface
- Assistance in locating resources out of Support's realm of expertise
7) Support for modified Software will be provided at Support's sole discretion.
#: In the service "Managing your AWS Hosting", we will handle all tasks related to managing your AWS Hosting. To avail this service, apart from subscribing to our relevant plan having this service, you must also purchase at-least one of these 2 services: "SocialEngine Setup and Installation on Amazon Cloud (AWS)" or "Speeding up your SocialEngine Website".
