Acquiring users in your Mobile App is only half the battle won, keeping them engaged is essential for business retention. To keep app users active, some exciting and interactive features do wonders.

We have already implemented many engaging features like Push Notifications, Easy and Advanced Search, Reactions & Stickers, and more, which have played important role in increasing user activity in a network. We are now glad to announce integration of one more interactive feature: “Friend Suggestions / People you may know” with our “iOS and Android Mobile Apps for SocialEngine”.

Some highlights of this feature in our apps are:

Display member’s suggestions on main Activity Feed.

• Allow users to sync their Phonebook Contacts with the app and display suggestions based on contacts sync. This is a very powerful feature to increase friendships on your community.

Add members as friend if they have already signed up on the community, but are not friends yet.

Send invite to contacts if they haven’t yet joined the network.

Note: Currently, only Friend Suggestions feature from “Suggestions / Recommendations / People you may know & Inviter” plugin is implemented in both iOS and Android Mobile Apps. Other features of this plugin will be implemented soon.
