We're glad to announce some enhancements in "Advanced Facebook Integration / Likes, Social Plugins and Open Graph" plugin and the other related plugins:

1) Facebook Comments Box:

The Facebook Comments Box enables users to leave a comment on your site as their Facebook profile or any Facebook Page they administer. Users can choose to have their comment posted to their Facebook wall (Profile or Page, depending on how they made the comment). With this, the comment also publishes to the News Feed of their friends / fans, thus being easily shared with them. Such sharing on Facebook links back to your website. Friends and fans can respond to user's comment either directly from News Feed on Facebook, or from Comments Box on your site. Responses on Facebook and in the Comments Box on your site are synced, thus prompting more people to get engaged with your website.
Facebook Comments Box integration on your site can be made more effective by enabling Open Graph for the respective content types. Then, as Site Admin you will be able to moderate comments for it. Enabling Facebook Comments Box for a content type replaces the standard SocialEngine comments box from it. You can also choose to place the Facebook Comments Box widget at a desired location.

2) Facebook Send Button:

Along with the Facebook Like Button, you can now also have the Send Button on your website. The Send Button allows users to easily send content to their friends. People will have the option to send your URL in a message to their Facebook friends, to the group wall of one of their Facebook groups, and as an email to any email address. While the Like Button allows users to share content with all of their friends, the Send Button allows them to send a private message to just a few friends.
Enabling Open Graph for the content where the Send Button is placed will also send the title, image, and short description along with the link of the content of your website in the message.

3) The Likes Integration between Facebook Like and the Likes system of your website is now independent of the presence of site's Like Button/Link on the content page. Enabling such an integration on your website now only requires the FREE "Likes Plugin and Widgets" to be enabled on your website. With such an integration, you can choose that if the Facebook Like Button is clicked for a content on your site, then the content will also be Liked on your site.

4) Automatic Facebook Feeds Publishing for relevant user actions can now be disabled/enabled by Site Admin. If enabled, users will see an option for it in their facebook feed publishing settings. This feature is a part of the "Facebook Feed Stories Publisher" plugin.

We have more enhancements coming up in our Facebook related plugins and we will post the details on our blog. So, make sure you stay updated!
