New Enhancements in Static Pages, HTML Blocks and Multiple Forms Plugin
We've been working hard lately to give you more useful settings in our very popular and versatile plugin: "Static Pages, HTML Blocks and Multiple Forms Plugin", which enables you to create multiple, custom Static Pages and HTML Blocks on your website. You can create these Static Pages and HTML Blocks in all the multiple languages supported by your website. You can also create Multiple Forms on your website and embed them in Static Pages. Such forms can be used for various purposes. The new features are as follows:
We've added two new settings in the “Global Settings” section in the admin panel of this plugin:
1. Forms Visibility to Non-logged-in Visitors: This setting enables site admin to chose whether Forms embedded in static pages should be available to non-logged-in visitors or not.
2. Saving Forms Data: Form responses can now be saved in the database. This data filled by users in the forms can thus be viewed and monitored by the site admin on “User Form Data” page available under “Manage Forms” section in the admin panel of this plugin .
[Note: Form data will not be saved for non-logged in visitors.]
Two new features have been added to enhance the user experience of this plugin and these are:
1. "User Form Data" Link under “Manage Forms” section in the admin panel of this plugin facilitates admin to view all the details submitted by users via forms embedded in static pages. Admin can also filter form data to see form responses of particular users.
[Note: Form responses will get saved and will be shown here only if “Saving Forms Data” setting in Global Settings is enabled.]
2. New "Forms Statistics" widget when placed on Member Profile page will allow site members to view their responses to various forms embedded in Static Pages.
[Note: This also requires “Saving Forms Data” setting to be enabled.]
Note: To get these enhancements on your website, please upgrade this plugin on your site to its latest version available in your SocialEngineAddOns Client Area.
